Donald Trump to Reinvigorate 2024 Campaign with Visits to Early-Voting States This Saturday

Former President Donald Trump will return to the campaign trail this Saturday with visits to two early-voting states, his first campaign events since announcing his 2024 White House bid more than two months ago.

Trump will first address hundreds of Republican leaders and grassroots activists at the New Hampshire Republican Party’s annual meeting in Salem. He will then travel to Columbia, South Carolina, where he is set to introduce his state leadership team.

The events offer Trump an opportunity to reinvigorate his campaign, which has been slow-moving since he announced his candidacy in November. Trump and his allies hope the events will demonstrate a show of force behind the former president after a sluggish start to his campaign that left many questioning his commitment to running again.

The New Hampshire Republican Party’s chair, Steve Stepanek, said that the party is “thrilled” to have Trump as the keynote speaker. Stepanek added that the party is looking forward to hearing Trump’s “vision for the future of the Republican Party and the country.”

The events in New Hampshire and South Carolina come as Trump looks to gain momentum in the early stages of his 2024 campaign. Trump has already made several visits to other key states, including Florida, Pennsylvania, and Arizona. Saturday’s events will be his first since announcing his candidacy.
