Police in Grants Pass, Oregon are searching for Benjamin Obadiah Foster, a 36 year-old white male wanted in connection with an attempted murder, kidnapping, and assault. Foster was convicted in Nevada two years ago for keeping another woman in captivity, and Grants Pass Police Chief Warren Hensman expressed his concern that Foster is wanted in an attempted murder instead of still being behind bars. The National Weather Service reported that more than 235,000 homes, businesses and other power customers in California and Nevada had been left in the dark due to the severe weather.
