Remains of 2-Month-Old Baby Found Near Arrested Couple’s Last Known Location

British police have discovered the remains of a 2-month-old baby in a wooded area near where Constance Marten and Mark Gordon were arrested earlier this week. Detective Superintendent Lewis Basford of the Met's East Area Command said a post-mortem examination will be held to determine the cause of death. Marten and Gordon had been on the run since early January, using large amounts of cash to stay off the grid and were arrested after police became concerned for the welfare of their child.

Police Launch Urgent Search for Missing Two-Month-Old Baby After Arrest of Mother and Her Convicted Sex Offender Partner

Police are searching for a two-month-old baby who has been missing since January after the infant's mother and her boyfriend were arrested. The couple had been avoiding detection by paying for everything in cash and covering their faces on CCTV. Police are asking for anyone with information to call in and are continuing to search for the baby.

Former ABC News Investigative Journalist Arrested and Charged with Transportation of Child Pornography

James Gordon Meek, a former investigative journalist for ABC News, was arrested and charged with transporting images depicting the sexual abuse of children. If convicted, Meek could face a mandatory minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years behind bars. The investigation began in March 2021 when Dropbox filed a tip with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
