According to charging papers, Rumson made his way to the Capitol as part of the large mob of Trump supporters, and quickly made his way toward police officers who were trying to keep the rioters back. He was charged with multiple offenses including assaulting, resisting or impeding an officer and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds.

The arrest of Rumson, who was anonymously referred to as “#SeditionPanda” by some online communities, is the latest in a series of arrests related to the Capitol riot.
