Detectives from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office are traveling to San Diego to interview Santini, who is being held in jail. The arrest warrant was issued in June 1984 linking Santini to the strangling death of 33-year-old Cynthia Ruth Wood.

Eight People Dead After Boats Capsize Near San Diego County’s Black’s Beach

At least eight people have died after two boats capsized near the shore of Black’s Beach in San Diego County, California. Rescuers responded to the scene and found eight victims in the water, but were unable to access the beach due to the high tide.
