Rapper Tory Lanez has been denied a motion for a new trial by a Los Angeles judge on Tuesday, and is now facing sentencing for the three felonies he was convicted of in December for shooting hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion in the feet and wounding her. The maximum sentence for the charges is 22 years and 8 months in state prison, but the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has said that it will not seek the maximum sentence.
