Four people have been charged with trafficking more than a ton of cocaine through a sophisticated tunnel hidden beneath a San Diego store, federal officials said. Authorities said the tunnel ran from the Otay Mesa area to Tijuana and was equipped with electricity, ventilation and a rail system.
