After a weekslong trial, Lori Vallow Daybell, the Idaho mother accused of killing two of her children and conspiring to kill her husband’s first wife, was found guilty on all charges Friday.

Vallow Daybell and her husband Chad Daybell were charged with the murders of Vallow’s kids – JJ Vallow, 7, and Tylee Ryan, 16, who vanished in September 2019. The couple also faced other charges related to the mysterious deaths of their former spouses.

The couple had been happily married since 2006, and were raising Tylee Ryan, Lori’s daughter from a previous marriage. However, today, Vallow Daybell is known as a “doomsday mom,” due to her involvement in the deaths of her children and her husband’s first wife.

Vallow Daybell stood next to her attorneys as the verdict was read and remained silent. Her story will be featured in an upcoming episode of “48 Hours” titled “Lori Vallow Daybell: Guilty,” which will air Saturday, May 13 at 10/9 on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.

The verdict marks the end of a monthslong search for the missing children, which ended in June 2020 when police found their remains on a property belonging to Vallow’s fifth and current husband, Chad Daybell.
