Brian Walshe, 47, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of murder and assault in the disappearance of his wife, Ana Walshe, 39. Prosecutors presented evidence of more than a dozen disturbing Google searches made by Walshe in the minutes before he told police he last saw his wife. His defense attorney Tracy Miner released a statement saying the prosecution's case is weak and she has not yet been given any evidence. Walshe is being held without bail and the investigation into Ana Walshe's disappearance is ongoing.
