Senator John Fetterman Returns Home After Six Weeks of Treatment for Clinical Depression

Senator John Fetterman has been discharged from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center after six weeks of inpatient treatment for clinical depression and is now back home in Braddock with his depression “in remission.” He is also recovering from a stroke he suffered last fall, and his treatment for depression included medication and hearing aids for hearing loss. Fetterman will return to the Senate when it resumes session in mid-April and thanked the staff at Walter Reed and the people of Pennsylvania for their support and understanding.

Fetterman expressed his gratitude for the support of his constituents and thanked the team at Walter Reed for their care.

White House Physician Declares President Joe Biden “Fit” to Execute Duties of the Presidency Following Routine Physical Exam

President Joe Biden has been declared "fit" to conduct his duties as president following a routine physical exam on Thursday. White House physician Kevin O’Connor released a five-page memo stating that Biden, an 80-year-old male, remains "healthy and vigorous" and is fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency. The physical included an “extremely detailed” neurologic exam, as well as a biopsy of a small lesion on Biden’s chest, with results still pending.
