At least one person has been confirmed dead and three others are critically injured after a shooting outside of a funeral home in northeastern Washington, D.C. on Tuesday. Preliminary evidence suggests that the shooting was not random and investigators are still collecting evidence from the scene. A 2014 Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department report revealed Brian had threatened Ana and her friends eight years ago, but the case was closed due to the victim's refusal to cooperate.
