Blake was shot multiple times and was found alive but “suffering from apparent gunshot wounds” when officers arrived at the scene. Blake’s last words were reportedly “he shot me,” according to the affidavit.
Lewis was charged with second-degree murder while armed, Contee said. He remains in police custody and is awaiting trial.
