LASD Investigates Shooting Death of Bishop David O’Connell as Homicide

The suspect is described as an Asian male and is still at large. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect and anyone with information or video/photos of the incident is asked to contact them.
