Robert Hur, a former US attorney in Maryland, has been appointed by the Justice Department to investigate the classified documents found at President Joe Biden's home and former private office. The House Judiciary Committee has also opened an investigation, sending a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding all documents and communications related to the discovery.
