A family in Longwood, Florida had their $45 Taco Bell order stolen by a black bear estimated to weigh 300-400 pounds. The bear was caught on their Ring video camera sauntering up to the front door and grabbing the bag in its mouth. Uber Eats reimbursed the family for the stolen order and the bear has not been seen since, serving as a reminder to be mindful of wildlife in the area.

New York Lawsuit Accuses Taco Bell of False Advertising and Overstating Amount of Meat in Menu Items
A lawsuit has been filed against Taco Bell alleging false advertising, claiming that menu items such as the Crunchwrap and Mexican Pizza contain less meat and vegetables than advertised. The plaintiff, Frank Siragusa, is seeking class action status, damages, and an injunction against the fast food chain. Taco Bell has not yet responded to the lawsuit, and the outcome remains to be seen.
Taco Bell has declared a mission to liberate "Taco Tuesday" and has filed a petition with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to cancel the trademark currently owned by Taco John's. The company is arguing that the phrase should be freely available to all who make, sell, eat and celebrate tacos. Taco Bell is not seeking any financial compensation from Taco John's, but rather to ensure that the phrase is available to all. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will now review the petition and make a decision on the trademark.
