Attorneys representing the baby's parents, Jessica Ross and Treveon Taylor, held a news conference to announce the lawsuit against Dr. Tracey St. Julian and Southern Regional Medical Center. The lawsuit alleges that Dr. St. Julian used too much force during the delivery, resulting in the baby's decapitation. The couple's attorneys are seeking damages for the emotional distress they have suffered and are calling for an investigation to ensure similar tragedies do not occur in the future.

Suspect Accused of Killing Four People in Georgia Suburbs is Killed After 24-Hour Manhunt

After a 24-hour manhunt, Andre Longmore, the suspect accused of killing four people in a Georgia suburb, was fatally shot by law enforcement forces. Henry County Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett declared the suspect "neutralized" and "dead" at a news conference, while officials are still working to determine a motive for the killings. A Henry County sheriff's deputy and a Clayton County police officer were injured in the attempt to arrest Longmore.
