The IDF has stated that they are prepared to take all necessary steps to protect Israeli citizens and have called on the international community to condemn the rocket fire and take action to prevent further escalation.

Ke Huy Quan Makes History, Becoming Second Asian Actor to Win Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor

Ke Huy Quan won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor on Sunday night, becoming the second actor of Asian descent to ever win in his category. He beat out a competitive field of nominees and earned widespread acclaim for his performance in "Everything Everywhere All at Once". His win was especially meaningful as his 84-year-old mother was watching from home, and Quan looked back on his experience as a Vietnamese refugee in his acceptance speech. His win follows the first Asian actor to win in the category, Haing Ngor, a Chinese Cambodian refugee, who won for his role in the 1984 drama “The Killing Fields.”
