Jamie Lee Curtis and Stephanie Hsu were both nominated for best actress in a supporting role, however the Academy failed to nominate a single woman for best director. The 2023 awards season continues with Tuesday’s 95th Academy Awards nominees rollout, with the ceremony set to take place on April 25th.
