The House of Representatives voted to formally censure Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, on Wednesday in a 213-209 party-line vote. The resolution was authored by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) and was the first time in history that a sitting member of Congress has been censured by the House.
