The United States and Iran say they have reached a tentative agreement to end the war, reopen the Strait of Hormuz and halt fighting in Lebanon. The deal is expected to be signed Friday in Switzerland, but nuclear issues, sanctions relief and Israel’s role remain unresolved.
Fox Corp. said it plans to acquire Roku in a cash-and-stock deal that would expand its streaming and connected TV advertising business. Reports valued the transaction at $22 billion to $25 billion, and Fox said it expects the deal to close in the first half of 2027.
