Officers responded to an emergency call shortly after midnight on Monday and found Yar inside his vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency medical services took him to a local hospital, but life-saving measures failed and Yar died.

Police released video footage of the incident showing four suspects fleeing the scene shortly after the shooting, with one of them shouting, “You killed him.” The motive behind the attack and the events leading up to it remain unclear.
