Donald Trump's lawyers have filed a motion for a mistrial in a $250 million civil fraud case in New York, citing bias from the presiding judge and his law clerk. Ty Cobb, a former Trump White House attorney, has warned that Trump's attacks on those overseeing his legal cases could lead to sanctions and jail time. The motion is currently being considered by Judge Engoron, who is overseeing the case.

Hunter Biden has filed a lawsuit against Garrett Ziegler, a former Trump White House aide, and 10 other unidentified people for allegedly violating state and federal data laws.
