Kerik worked with Rudy Giuliani to confirm baseless allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 election. Special counsel Jack Smith was not present during the five-hour interview, which focused on the events between the election and January 6th. It is unclear if Kerik will face any charges in connection with the investigation.

Tim Parlatore, former attorney of Donald Trump, predicted on NBC News' "Meet the Press" that Trump may not face any charges in the Justice Department's investigation into his handling of classified documents.
