Russia Attempts to Recover Fragments of U.S. Surveillance Drone Shot Down in Black Sea

Nikolai Patrushev, the secretary of Russia’s Security Council, said Russia will try to get the wreckage of the American MQ-9 drone to study it. Tensions between the two countries have been raised and the U.S. has called for an investigation into the incident.
