EEOC Files Lawsuit Against Tesla for Alleged Racial Harassment of Black Employees

Tesla is facing a lawsuit from the EEOC for allegedly tolerating racial harassment of its Black employees for at least eight years. The lawsuit claims that White employees have been using slurs and epithets openly in high-traffic work areas, creating a hostile work environment. America First Legal Foundation Files Federal Civil Rights Complaint Against Kellogg Co. Alleging Race-Based Discrimination and ‘Woke’ Ideology

America First Legal Foundation has filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against Kellogg Co. alleging that the company is engaging in race-based discrimination and attempting to politicize and sexualize its products. The complaint claims that Kellogg's is unlawfully seeking to "balance" its workforce based on race, color, national origin, and sex and is imposing a "woke" ideology on its employees and customers. The EEOC has yet to respond to the complaint.
