Judge Sentences Aiden Fucci to Life in Prison for Fatal Stabbing of 13-Year-Old Tristyn Bailey

Aiden Fucci, 16, was sentenced to life in prison on Friday for the fatal stabbing of 13-year-old classmate Tristyn Bailey in 2021. Judge R. Lee Smith in St. Johns County, Florida described the case as "the most difficult and shocking" the county had ever dealt with. The victim's father, Forest Bailey, thanked the community for their support and expressed hope that his daughter's death will bring about change. The sentence is subject to review by a judge in 25 years.
