Four inmates escaped from a Macon, Georgia jail on October 16th, with the last one, Joey Fournier, being apprehended near Stockbridge, Georgia on Saturday. Fournier was being held on a murder charge and the other three inmates will now face additional charges for their escape. Local and federal law enforcement agencies worked together to locate and apprehend Fournier, thanking the public for their assistance in the manhunt.

A man shot and wounded himself when officers sought to question him about four escapees from a Georgia jail. The investigation into the escapees is ongoing, with the Bibb County Sheriff's Office working with other law enforcement agencies to locate and bring them to justice.
