Antisemitic Incidents in US Reach Highest Level Since 1979, ADL Report Finds

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) released a report on Thursday revealing a 36% increase in antisemitic incidents in the US in 2022, the highest level since 1979. The report found that harassment, vandalism, and assault incidents all rose, with visibly Orthodox Jews targeted in more than half of all assault incidents nationwide. In response, the ADL is launching a new initiative called "Stop the Hate" to combat antisemitism and other forms of hate through education, advocacy, and community engagement.

Neo-Nazi Leader and Accomplice Arrested for Plotting to Destroy Energy Facility in Baltimore

Two nationally known neo-Nazis, Brandon Russell and Sarah Clendaniel, were arrested last week for allegedly conspiring to shoot multiple electrical substations in Baltimore, Maryland with the aim of "completely destroying this whole city." Russell is the founder of the Atomwaffen Division, a neo-Nazi group that seeks to "usher in the collapse of civilization." The FBI was able to apprehend the suspects before they could launch their attack, which could have had devastating consequences for the city.
