Ukraine said its long-range drones struck the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal as Russia’s flagship economic forum opened in President Vladimir Putin’s hometown. Russia said it downed 354 Ukrainian drones overnight, while both sides reported casualties from intensifying strikes.
