A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the fentanyl-related death of a 1-year-old baby at a Bronx day care. The husband of the day care's owner was apprehended in Mexico after being seen on security footage carrying bags out the back alley of the day care on the day of the incident. Three other people have already been charged in connection with the incident, and the investigation is ongoing.

Three people have been arrested in connection with the death of 1-year-old Nicholas Dominici, who died from a drug overdose at a Bronx day care center in September. Renny Antonio Parra Paredes, 38, of the Bronx, has been charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death. Police found a kilogram of fentanyl in the day care, enough to kill 500,000 people, and it is unclear how the child was exposed to it. The investigation is ongoing and the suspects are due to appear in court later this week.
