NBA guard Ja Morant has been suspended for 25 games without pay due to a second incident of displaying a firearm on social media. The Memphis Grizzlies have suspended guard Ja Morant from all team activities pending a review by the NBA after a video surfaced on social media of him appearing to hold a gun. This is the second time Morant has been seen on social media holding what appears to be a gun, and the Grizzlies released a statement Sunday morning that they were aware of the video. Morant is a two-time All-Star and the reigning NBA Rookie of the Year, averaging 19.2 points, 7.3 assists, and 3.5 rebounds per game this season.
