Judge Rules ‘Access Hollywood’ Tape and Testimony from Trump Accusers Can Be Used in Defamation Case Against Former President Donald Trump

A federal judge has ruled that the "Access Hollywood" tape featuring former President Donald Trump bragging about being able to grope women without their consent can be used as evidence in a defamation case brought against him by writer E. Jean Carroll. The ruling also allows for testimony from two women who allege they were sexually assaulted by Trump, and the trial is set to begin in October.
