Brian Walshe has been indicted on charges of murder, misleading a police investigation/obstruction of justice and improper conveyance of a human body in connection with the disappearance of his wife, Ana Walshe. If convicted of first-degree murder, Walshe faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole. Massachusetts prosecutors have issued a murder warrant for Brian Walshe in the death of his wife, Ana Walshe, who has been missing since Jan. 1.
