A Ukrainian drone attack killed one person and damaged a sea terminal in Russia’s Krasnodar region, Russian officials said. Ukraine’s SBU said it targeted the Tamanneftegaz terminal and pledged to keep striking Russia’s oil and gas sector.

Ukraine said a Russian drone damaged a spent nuclear fuel facility near Chornobyl, with no injuries and radiation levels stable. The attack came ahead of London talks between Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the leaders of the UK, France and Germany.

The House approved new Ukraine aid and Russia sanctions after Democrats and a small group of Republicans used a discharge petition to bypass GOP leaders. The measure now faces an uncertain path in the Senate and would need President Donald Trump’s signature to become law.
