Pat Robertson, a religious broadcaster and founder of The Christian Broadcasting Network, passed away Thursday at the age of 93. He was a former Southern Baptist minister and founded CBN in 1960, making it the first television network dedicated to Christian broadcasting in the U.S. Robertson was a prominent figure in conservative Christian political and entertainment circles, and had a lasting impact on the movement through his contributions to the Christian faith and his Christian Coalition. He also founded Regent University, the American Center for Law and Justice, and Operation Blessing.

13-Year-Old Girl Found Safe After Being Enticed Away From Home by Adult Man She Met Online

A 13-year-old girl reported missing in Dallas, Texas was found safe in an outbuilding in North Carolina after being enticed away from home by an adult man she met on a social media platform. The man, 34-year-old Jorge Ivan Santos Camacho, was arrested on child abduction, felonious restraint, statutory rape and other charges. The girl was found unharmed and has since been reunited with her family. The Davidson County Sheriff's Office is continuing to investigate the incident and encourages parents to be aware of their children's online activity.
