The Kansas City Chiefs won Super Bowl LVII in a thrilling finish, with a penalty allowing them to keep their drive alive and kick a game-winning field goal. After the game, there was speculation that Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts had snubbed the Chiefs in the traditional post-game handshake, but USA Today reported that if it happened, it was behind closed doors. This marked the first Super Bowl victory in franchise history for the Chiefs, and the first time in NFL history that a team has won with a female coach.

Two Black quarterbacks, Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs and Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles, will make history when they face off in Super Bowl LVII on February 12th. This will be the first time in Super Bowl history that two Black quarterbacks will be starting for each side. Doug Williams was the first Black quarterback to start and win the Super Bowl in 1988, while Russell Wilson was the second in 2013 and Mahomes was the third in 2020. If the Eagles win, Hurts would become the fourth Black quarterback to win a Super Bowl.

Eagles Soar to Super Bowl LVII with Dominant 31-7 Win Over 49ers

The Philadelphia Eagles have advanced to Super Bowl LVII after a dominant 31-7 win over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game. Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts led the way with one of the team's four rushing touchdowns, while the 49ers were left without two of their quarterbacks due to injuries. The Eagles will now face the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, in what is sure to be an exciting matchup, while the 49ers will have to regroup and prepare for next season.
