Erick Aguirre, a 29-year-old Houston man, has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting a man posing as a parking attendant. After paying $40 to park his car, Aguirre learned he had been scammed and returned to the parking lot to shoot the 46-year-old victim. His date contacted police two days later and Aguirre was arrested. The case is still under investigation.
