An affidavit for the arrest of Ivon Adams, one of Athena's caretakers, alleges that his wife confessed to authorities that he killed Athena and buried her near their old house. An outstanding felony warrant has been issued in Oklahoma for a married couple on first-degree murder and child neglect charges in relation to the disappearance of a 4-year-old girl. Ivon Adams, 36, was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, and Alysia Adams, 31, was arrested in Grady County, Oklahoma.
