Federal authorities have arrested Felix Herrera Garcia in connection with a drug mill in the Bronx, New York City, where 13 kilos of fentanyl were found. Three other people have also been charged, including the owner of the Divino Niño day care center, where a 1-year-old boy died after being exposed to fentanyl. A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the fentanyl-related death of a 1-year-old baby at a Bronx day care. The husband of the day care's owner was apprehended in Mexico after being seen on security footage carrying bags out the back alley of the day care on the day of the incident. Three other people have already been charged in connection with the incident, and the investigation is ongoing.
