Father and Son Arrested in Connection with Murder of Pregnant Teen and Her Boyfriend

San Antonio Police Department has arrested a father and son in connection with the murder of pregnant teen Savanah Soto and her boyfriend, Matthew Guerra. Christopher Preciado was charged with capital murder and his father, Ramon Preciado, was charged with abuse of a corpse for allegedly helping to move the bodies. More charges are pending, possibly relating to the death of the unborn child. The investigation is ongoing.

San Antonio police are seeking the public's help in identifying two persons of interest in the investigation into the deaths of a pregnant teenager and her boyfriend. Suspect Charged with Capital Murder After Six People Killed in Multi-City Shooting Spree Across Texas

Six people were killed and three injured in a multi-city shooting spree across Texas on Tuesday, before the suspect was taken into custody and charged with capital murder. Interim Austin Police Chief Robin Henderson said the incident began in the morning and extended into the evening, with four people killed and two police officers shot in Austin. The suspect was also linked to the deaths of two people in San Antonio and is currently in police custody. The victims of the shooting spree have not yet been identified.

Texas Sheriff’s Deputy Arrested After Baby Left in Hot Car for Three Hours

A Texas sheriff's deputy was arrested after leaving his 2-month-old baby in a hot car for three hours, resulting in the infant being taken to the hospital in critical condition. The National Weather Service warns that temperatures inside of a car can reach up to 20 degrees higher than the outside temperature, and that leaving a window cracked does not make a difference. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office released a statement saying they are "committed to ensuring justice is served".

Good Samaritan Rescues 13-Year-Old Girl After She Was Allegedly Kidnapped and Sexually Assaulted in Texas

A 13-year-old girl from Texas was rescued in California after she was allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted by her abductor. The girl was able to escape and find help with a makeshift "help me" sign, leading to the arrest of Steven Robert Sablan, 61, of Cleburne, Texas. He has been charged with kidnapping and transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

Tragedy Strikes San Antonio International Airport as Employee is “Ingested” into Airplane Engine

On Friday night, an airport employee was tragically killed in an accident at San Antonio International Airport. The employee, employed by Unifi, a company that Delta contracts with, was "ingested" into an airplane engine while Delta Flight 1111 was taxiing to the gate. Delta and the San Antonio International Airport have released statements expressing their condolences and the National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause of the accident.
