A Clayton County doctor and hospital are being sued after a baby was allegedly decapitated during delivery. Attorneys representing the baby's parents, Jessica Ross and Treveon Taylor, held a news conference to announce the lawsuit against Dr. Tracey St. Julian and Southern Regional Medical Center. The lawsuit alleges that Dr. St. Julian used too much force during the delivery, resulting in the baby's decapitation. The couple's attorneys are seeking damages for the emotional distress they have suffered and are calling for an investigation to ensure similar tragedies do not occur in the future.
