Mohave County, Arizona, has rejected the idea of hand-counting ballots in the 2024 election, after the all-Republican Board of Supervisors voted 3-2 against the measure. The estimated cost of the hand-counting was over a million dollars, and the Board of Supervisors concluded that the results would be inaccurate.
