Alec Baldwin's attorneys have announced that charges against him in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of his Western movie "Rust" have been dropped. The office of New Mexico First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies has declined comment and it is unclear if charges against co-defendant and "Rust" armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, are still in play.
