Brown had a chromosomal deficiency disorder and did not consume energy drinks. The suit claims that Brown unknowingly consumed high levels of caffeine from the drinks, and is the second lawsuit against Panera in connection with its Charged Lemonade. Panera has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
