Former President Donald Trump and 18 of his allies have been indicted by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia on 41 counts, including violation of the state's RICO Act. The indictment is related to a conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia, and carries a minimum five-year prison sentence and a maximum of 20 years. Cameras are allowed in the state's courtrooms for this arraignment, and the defendants have until August 25 to turn themselves in.
