No tickets were sold hitting all the winning numbers for the estimated grand prize of $720 million in the latest drawing on Friday night. As a result, the top prize has increased by $100 million.

Nearly all grand prize winners opt to take a cash payout, which for Tuesday’s drawing is an estimated $422 million. However, the estimated $820 million in the next drawing on Tuesday night would only be distributed to a winner who chooses an annuity paid over 29 years.

The winning numbers for the $720 million Mega Millions jackpot were revealed Friday night. The numbers were 4, 26, 42, 50, 60, and the Mega Ball was 24.

Mega Millions is played in 44 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Players must pick five numbers from 1 to 70 and one Mega Ball number from 1 to 25. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 302,575,350.
