Fox News Host Steve Doocy Criticizes Trump for Attacking Family of Judge Overseeing His Criminal Case

On Wednesday, Fox News host Steve Doocy criticized former President Donald Trump for attacking the family of the judge overseeing his criminal case in Manhattan. During his arraignment on Tuesday, Judge Juan Merchan had warned Trump not to use social media to incite violence.

Doocy noted that six hours later, at Mar-a-Lago, the judge’s family was attacked. “It is a very bad look to attack the family of the judge,” Doocy said on the “Fox & Friends” panel. He brought up the warning that Judge Merchan had issued to the former president’s legal team after Trump posted multiple slanderous rants about those involved in the case on his Truth Social profile.

Doocy also noted that the judge’s daughter had wound up on Truth Social and other social media sites because she works for a consulting firm that did work for the Biden-Harris campaign. His co-hosts pushed back on Doocy’s criticism of Trump, but Doocy maintained that it was a bad look for the former president to attack the family of the judge overseeing his criminal case.
