EU and Ukraine to Hold Joint Summit in Kyiv, Sending Signal of Support to Ukrainian People

The European Union and Ukraine are set to hold a joint summit in Kyiv on Friday, sending a strong signal of support to the Ukrainian people. This comes as rescue crews search for survivors in the eastern Donetsk provincial city of Kramatorsk, which was struck by a Russian missile late Wednesday, killing at least three people and wounding 21 others.
