The U.S. Secret Service has been informed by the Police Service of Northern Ireland of local media reports that a document related to President Joe Biden's visit to Belfast was found on a city street. The document contained a rough itinerary and names and positions of police officials, but the Secret Service has assured the public that their security plans remain intact and the safety of the President is their top priority. They are currently working with the PSNI to investigate the incident.

Gustavo Ribeiro Trelha has sworn to the U.S. Secret Service that Rep. George Santos of New York was "in charge of" a fraud scheme that led to Trelha's arrest in 2017. Santos has denied the allegations, but the Secret Service has interviewed him and the investigation remains open. The House Ethics Committee has yet to comment, but the investigation could have serious implications for the New York congressman.
Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.) is under investigation for lying to a Seattle judge about working for Goldman Sachs during a 2017 court appearance. The investigation began when his Florida address was found inside a rental car used by a suspect in an ATM skimming investigation. During the hearing, Santos spoke in support of the suspect, claiming his parents had been sending money to ensure he had a place to stay if released on bail. Santos has not yet commented on the audio or the investigation.
