Two people were arrested after climbing to the Empire State Building’s spire, unfurling a peace banner and staging what appeared to be a marriage proposal. Police said no injuries were reported and charges were pending.

Two people climbed the Empire State Building’s transmission tower, unfurled a peace-themed banner and appeared to get engaged before being taken into custody. Police sources told CBS News New York potential charges could include trespass and reckless endangerment.
